This Return Policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase and how to return products ordered from Zythorineoaziu (“we”, “us”, “our”) via the website https://zythorineoaziu.world (the “Website”). It applies to consumers within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA), in line with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Finnish consumer law (Kuluttajansuojalaki). If you are a consumer in another country, your local consumer rights may also apply.

2. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:
- Send an email to notifyuse@zythorineoaziu.world stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract, and include your name, order reference or date of order, and the product(s) you are returning.
- Use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission (available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or from us on request), or any other clear written statement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired. We will send you an acknowledgment of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) without undue delay.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them or we have failed to inform you that you must bear them. We will inform you of the return address and any return instructions when we acknowledge your withdrawal.
4. Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop; we do not accept returns where the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish that it works (e.g. if a significant portion of a supplement has been consumed without a defect). If the product is returned in a condition that indicates use beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value, or refuse the return if the product is no longer suitable for resale. We will inform you before making any deduction.
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging where possible, and that you use a traceable delivery method so that you can prove that you sent the goods back in time.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Finnish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules or bottles that have been opened and used). In such cases, you may only withdraw if the seal was broken due to our fault or to verify the nature of the product.
- Goods that are clearly personalised or made to your specifications.
For food supplements (including Menovance), once the seal is broken and the product has been used, we may not be obliged to accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons. If the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund) remain unaffected.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
If the product you received is defective (e.g. damaged, incorrect product, or does not match the description), you are entitled to remedies under consumer law (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction or refund). In such cases, please contact us with details and, where possible, photos. We will cover the cost of return for defective or non-conforming products and will resolve the matter in line with applicable law.
7. How to return the product
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to notify us of your withdrawal (by email to notifyuse@zythorineoaziu.world or by phone +35896229930). Include your name, order reference or order date, and the product name (e.g. Menovance).
Step 2: We will send you return instructions and the return address (if not already provided on the Website or in the order confirmation).
Step 3: Pack the product securely and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a traceable delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of return unless the product is defective or we have agreed to bear the cost.
Step 4: Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, as described in section 3.
8. Refund method and timing
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Changes will not affect your right to withdraw from contracts already entered into; the policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
