These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://zythorineoaziu.world (the “Website”) and any orders you place for products offered by Zythorineoaziu (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Finnish and EU law are not affected. Our products are offered from Finland and are subject to Finnish law unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country.

2. Definitions

• “Consumer” means a natural person who is acting for purposes outside his or her trade, business or profession.
• “Product(s)” means the goods (including Menovance and any other products) offered for sale on the Website.
• “Order” means your offer to purchase Products submitted via the Website (e.g. via the order form).
• “Contract” means the binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of Products, formed when we accept your Order.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our systems or other users’ data.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or illegal content or any malware.
• Use automated means (e.g. scrapers, bots) to access or collect data from the Website without our prior consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity or provide false information when placing an order or contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website or to refuse orders where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached or that use is harmful to us or others.

4. Products and information

We offer dietary supplements and related products, including Menovance, a 5-in-1 complex intended to support heart health, blood vessels, digestion, vision and general wellbeing. Product descriptions, images and specifications on the Website are for information purposes. We strive to ensure that information is accurate and up to date but do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are error-free. Minor variations (e.g. in packaging) do not entitle you to reject the Product or claim compensation unless they materially affect the product you receive. The manufacturer may change packaging design; we are not responsible for such changes.

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. You should consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns or before starting any new supplement.

5. Orders and formation of contract

When you submit an order via the Website (by filling in the order form and clicking the order button), you are making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) at the price and terms stated. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may accept by sending an order confirmation (e.g. by email) or by dispatching the Product. We are not obliged to accept every order; we may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. in case of error in price or availability, suspected fraud, or failure to pass our internal checks). If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, address, email, phone if given) is correct and complete. We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect details provided by you.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs (if any) will be shown before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if we discover an error after you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel and receive a full refund.

Payment is due as indicated during checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website. Payment is processed by our payment service provider(s) in accordance with their terms and applicable law. Your card or payment data is processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

7. Delivery and risk

We will deliver the Product(s) to the address you provide, within the delivery timeframe stated on the Website or in the order confirmation (typically 2–5 business days after dispatch for Finland and EU, depending on destination and method). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure. Risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to you or to a person authorised to receive the goods at the delivery address.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may be entitled to certain rights in relation to delivery under the Consumer Rights Directive and national implementation (e.g. delivery within 30 days unless agreed otherwise). Our Return Policy explains your right of withdrawal and returns.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement. 9. Warranty and liability

We warrant that the Products supplied will conform to the contract and to the description on the Website at the time of order. If a Product is defective (e.g. does not conform to the contract), you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law. You must inform us of any defect within a reasonable time after discovery.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the supply of Products shall not exceed the price paid by you for the relevant Product(s). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, layout and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (including GDPR). By placing an order or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us using the contact details in section 1. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers in Finland may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. For disputes, the courts of Finland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise (e.g. you may bring proceedings in your country of residence).

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are published on the Website. For existing orders, the Terms in effect at the time of the order apply. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
